Hello, my name is Shana Whisenant and I am the assistant for the Center for Learning and Innovation (CL&I).  Last year the students knew me as the Lunchroom Monitor.  I was able to interact with all the wonderful students at Rooster Springs Elementary.  Before I worked part time as the lunchroom monitor, I was a stay at home mom, PTA volunteer and RSES class volunteer. I also worked for Dell Computers for many years in technology.   My children, Chase and Jake, are fourth and second graders at Rooster.  I am so excited to be part of this new team that DSISD has developed to incorporate many other avenues, including the library, into our children’s curriculum.
